2025 Mattress Protection Program Launch
I led the development and execution of the 2025 Excelsior Mattress Protection Program (Generation 3), creating everything from standout product packaging and retail display stands to persuasive sales materials. Beyond design, I played a key role in shaping the training strategy to empower sales teams with the knowledge and confidence to drive results. The impact? A 44.3% sales increase from the previous year, surpassing initial projections and generating over $1 million in sales during the soft launch!
2024 Christmas Social Media Campaign
In 2024, I ran a 12 Days of Christmas campaign on TikTok, Facebook and Amazon with a budget of $1,250 CAD, focusing on gaining new followers and increasing sales. By tracking the performance through the different analytics dashboards, I was able to assess the campaign’s effectiveness and optimize it for better results.
This approach helped drive both engagement and sales within the campaign's budget, resulting in 284% increase in followers on TikTok, 654 link clicks on Facebook and an 80% increase in units sold on Amazon over the previous year.
